Updated 9/9 When were you born?
I was born January 31, 2001 at 10:48am.

How much did you weigh at birth?
I weighed 7 pounds, 5.6 ounces.

How tall were you then?
I was 20.5 inches long. Can you be "tall" when you can't stand up?

Have you grown since?
Yes. Duh!

So how tall are you now?
I can't really answer that, since I seem to grow continuously. But at my last checkup (August 9, 2001) I was 27.5 inches tall, and weighed 15 pounds 8.6 ounces!

And how much do you weigh now?
See my last answer above... also, you should know I'm at the 95th percentile for height, and the 50th percentile for weight. I plan to be TALL!

What are you eating these days?
Naturally, I like formula. But, I'm learning to like all sorts of things... Like...

Carrots
Squash
Sweet Potatoes
Peas
Green Beans
Bananas
Cheerios (just started eating these... they're fun!)
Fruit juice (just a little, I'm still not sure of the flavor)
Peaches (I like this mixed with cereal... which I don't care for plain!)
Rice or Barley cereal (see "peaches")
Berries (though they seem to give me diaper rash)
...I'll try just about anything that fits in my mouth!

What's the biggest mess you've ever made?
That would be when I had the stomach flu and threw up all over mommy and the carpet... over, and over, and over! Mommy and daddy were nice enough to clean it up... and they didn't even get upset!

Any new skills?
At the moment, I'm working on crawling. I can get onto all fours, but then just kinda wave around in the air, 'cause if I lift anything, I go over. So far, I've only been able to go backwards and sideways. Maybe soon I'll get forward down!

Anything else you'd like to tell us?
Yes. I have a great mommy--she's really great (and she feeds me most of the time).

My dad's pretty cool too--I'm always glad when he comes home from work.

I have a couple friends at church... there's Noah, who's a little younger than me, and Emma and Elsa (children of my parent's friends) who are older than me (Emma's almost four years old!).

Mommy tells me I have a new friend, baby Hannah. She is very tiny, and is still in the hospital, but after she comes home, I hope to meet her.

Most of the time, I'm in a good mood.

I love taking walks outside in the morning (OK, I admit, mom has to carry me), and I love looking at our cat, Vixen. I touch her whenever I can, but I think she's a little afraid of me, so she doesn't let me very often (I'm gentle with her, but my "baby smackdown" routine seems to scare her).
